Job summary

HYVE Solutions is seeking a seasoned Production Planner to own the master production schedule for a high-volume facility in California. You will align demand with capacity, release work orders, and monitor on-time delivery against targets.

Collaborate across warehousing, engineering, program management, and manufacturing to ensure material readiness, optimize bottlenecks, and document standard work procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production environment experience.
• Strong communication and detail orientation; able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and own the build plan for a large-volume facility.
• Develop and reconcile the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to demand and on-time delivery targets.
• Forecast capacity and labor needs based on customer demand and production plans.
• Collaborate across warehousing, supply chain, engineering, program management, sales, and manufacturing to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment.
• Identify bottlenecks, communicate risks, and propose corrective actions to meet schedules.
