Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, engineering, or related field.
• Industrial Engineering degree preferred; may consider equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in production environment.
• Strong speaking, reading and writing proficiency in English.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows OS and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and own the build plan of a large volume production facility.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile Master Production Schedule to customer demand and on-time delivery targets.
• Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on demand.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure material readiness and schedule alignment.
• Ensure materials for production from release to purge and maintain WIP metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.
• Communicate risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Develop and document standard work procedures for planning processes.
