Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Manager to lead daily and long-term build plans for our high-volume production facility. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales and Engineering to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production, strong analytical skills, and proven experience with ERP systems and planning tools. This role offers in-house development and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or technical school preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced knowledge of planning software, tools, and ERP systems is preferred.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily and long-term build plans for a large-volume production facility.
Coordinate across Warehouse/Logistics, Program Management, Sales and Manufacturing Operations.
Track metrics such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory.
Develop tools to report KPIs and capacity.
Manage Planning and Procurement teams and ensure alignment with schedule.
Identify changes to improve production output and efficiency.
