Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking an Operations Program Manager to drive efficiency within our sales operations by managing critical programs, processes, and initiatives. You will optimize the sales funnel, improve data integrity, and enable our teams to hit targets.

In this role you will partner cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to establish CTB dates, develop shipping schedules, and monitor SLA performance to meet customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Operations experience, preferably manufacturing.
• High volume reporting and data analysis experience.
• Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer, Manufacturing (MFG), and Supply Chain to establish CTB dates and develop accurate Shipping Commit Schedules based on factory capacity and material availability.
• Execute to committed ship schedules; troubleshoot on the factory floor and escalate issues to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with customer and Hyve Traffic Team to ensure shipments are scheduled and booked.
• Monitor Customer SLA requirements (PO to RTS cycle times); identify causes of delays and ensure corrective actions are tracked.
• Track customer re-work, change orders, and sustaining requests ensuring cost coverage before WOs.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and the customer.
