Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple production supervisors across a 24/7 operation.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot and improve downtime, schedules, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Determine manpower requirements to meet production schedules.
• Promote safety, Lean events, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing decisions and employee development.
