Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Team Coordinator to support the supervisor and help maintain continuous production flow in our manufacturing facility. You will relieve bottlenecks, fill in for positions as needed, identify shortages, and assist with Lean Manufacturing initiatives to keep operations smooth and efficient.

The role involves coordinating with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers, and you may be required to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with minimal WorkKeys scores.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
