Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in an industrial engineering role.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is desired.
• Knowledge of SQL or other computer languages to aid data mining.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and achieving efficiency gains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering department, including setting goals, prioritizing projects, resolving issues, and communicating performance expectations and results.
• Manage MES data for production routes, identify and optimize critical constraints to enhance OEE and throughput.
• Implement PFEP (Plan for Every Part).
• Develop and maintain capacity models to forecast resource levels and drive improvement priorities.
• Support cleanroom layout planning for efficient space use and workflow.
• Establish and report key operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and constraints.
• Monitor and optimize production scheduling and dispatching algorithms for on-time delivery.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and enable Smart Manufacturing.
