Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is launching the Full Time Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) - Operations Track in Columbus. This 3-year program offers three 12-month rotations across plant operations, lean engineering, and logistics to develop future leaders.

Participants gain hands-on experience in assembly operations, quality, and project engineering, with mentorship, leadership exposure, and a clear path to advancement upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree by May 2027.
• Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations/Operations Management.
• Current GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Must have indefinite US work authorization.
• Willing to relocate and be geographically mobile.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across plant operations, lean engineering, and logistics.
• Lead and collaborate with teams to drive safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop leadership and project management skills through supervised assignments.
