Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is offering a Full-Time Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) – Operations Track with a 3-year rotation across core manufacturing functions. Participants gain hands-on experience in plant operations, logistics, and quality while developing leadership and process improvement skills.

Completion of a Bachelor's degree by May 2027 is required, with majors in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree by May 2027.
• Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Operations/Operations Management, or a related area.
• Current cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across plant operations, logistics, quality and project engineering.
• Develop leadership capabilities as a front-line supervisor and contribute to safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Participate in world-class manufacturing initiatives and standardization of work (SOPs, 5S, Lean).
