Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation’s Full Time Program starts July 2027 at our Southwest Michigan campus. The program provides three 12-month rotations across product development, R&D, and systems engineering, with mentorship from senior leaders and a path to a technical Master’s degree upon completion.

Participants gain hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and opportunities for in-program promotions while benefiting from comprehensive total rewards and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering field by May 2027.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA.
• Indefinite US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3 rotations of 12 months each across Product Development, Research & Development, Systems Engineering and related labs.
• Present to senior leadership during rotations and advocate your initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to develop leadership and technical skills.
• Support manufacturing and testing activities, driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
