Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associates preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/production/operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily department operations to support production schedules and priorities.
• Assign work, manage labor resources, and monitor workflow for productivity.
• Lead, train, mentor production personnel and promote teamwork.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics, and schedule execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement to resolve issues.
• Support onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain properly followed manufacturing documentation and records.
• Participate in hands-on production support as needed.
