Crissair, Inc. in California is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to provide technical leadership and daily oversight to a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Programmers.

This role balances front-line team management with ongoing efforts to optimize processes, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure schedule adherence on the production floor. You will drive continuous improvement using Lean principles to cut waste, reduce cycle times, and maximize throughput, working closely with Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory project experience.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage daily priorities for 4–10 manufacturing engineers and programmers.
• Process Optimization & lean implementation: Drive improvements and waste reduction.
• Design for Manufacturability: Collaborate with Engineering on tooling and CNC integration.
• Production Support & MRB: Provide technical oversight for floor issues and MRB disposition.
• Documentation Control: Maintain manufacturing work instructions and SOPs.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety metrics and AS9100 standards.
