Job summary

Click Bond in Carson City, NV is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead and optimize processes in a high-mix, high-volume environment. You will mentor staff, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to meet delivery goals.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making; you will develop metrics, review performance, and drive cost‑effective manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering/operations management or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience; three (3) years supervision/management experience.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma experience; LSS certification preferred.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical/ diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyzes and sustains robust manufacturing processes to meet quality and on-time delivery.
• Mentors employees and peers in Lean Six Sigma, 6S, Visual Management and Continuous Improvement.
• Develops and sustains standardized measures to manage cost, labor, and equipment utilization.
• Reviews data to identify opportunities to optimize production and reduce delays.
• Revises standard work practices to ensure safety and production efficiency.
• Ensures understanding of customer/industry requirements for quality and inventory management.
• Collaborates with Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance on equipment/product/process improvements.
