You will lead the plant with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while applying Lean principles to improve throughput and competitive position for an aerospace supplier operation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Prior experience managing an aerospace supplier operation.
• Success driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Take ownership of business unit performance with emphasis on profitability, operational execution, and sustainable growth
• Establish a results-oriented operating environment centered around safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer expectations
• Optimize manufacturing, materials, and maintenance activities to improve throughput, reduce operating costs, and strengthen plant performance
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve the organization’s competitive position through Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
• Translate financial and operational performance into actionable priorities that improve P&L results and support business objectives
