Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities in operations engineering.
• Business acumen with leadership to drive high performance.
• Excellence across multiple engineering disciplines and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering and maintenance support to minimize downtime.
• Direct troubleshooting of equipment, process, and facility issues with root cause analysis.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and parts coordination.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to boost safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, quality procedures and change controls.
• Assess risks from changes and implement appropriate controls.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and facilities.
• Manage engineers and technicians; set expectations and develop talents.
• Oversee budgets, contractors, and executing work safely and on schedule.
