Job summary

The role requires a 12-hour rotating shift (8-8) and oversight of a staff of up to 65 employees. A 3+ year track record in manufacturing leadership, OSHA knowledge, and SAP/ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety standards (OSHA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide direction to production team.
• Plan and schedule equipment usage to maximize productivity.
• Investigate root causes of scrap, process excursions, and quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and process controls.
