Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least 3 years of operational leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing up to 45 staff.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide direction to production team.
• Plan and schedule the utilization of equipment and maintain maximum productivity levels.
• Investigate root causes related to scrap, process excursions, quality issues, and safety incidents.
• Ensure compliance with operating systems, safety, environmental, quality, and process controls.
• Utilize key performance indicators to control costs, material usage, and downtime.
• Submit accurate hours to payroll in a timely manner.
• Communicate production performance to leadership for improvements.
• Prepare labour, material and equipment usage reports.
