Johns Manville in Ohio is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the night shift (5pm-5am) to lead hourly production employees and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will drive daily execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while fostering accountability and engagement on the floor.

You will coach and develop a team of approximately 30, balance daily priorities with long-term improvements, and coordinate with department leaders to cascade

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
• Leadership, coaching and employee development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
