Job summary

TAS is seeking an Operations Project Manager I to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of complex products. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing, ensuring BOMs, drawings and materials are ready for manufacturing.

Responsibilities include shop‑floor scheduling, work order maintenance, and expediting to keep plans aligned with schedules, plus driving continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years in industrial/manufacturing environments with ERP/MRP exposure.
  • Experience with BOMs, work orders, and manufacturing data control.
  • Lean, ISO 9001 or similar quality system familiarity a plus.
  • Strong analytical, scheduling and budget monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Production/Project Execution Plans to meet delivery targets.
  • Verify drawings, BOMs, work orders, and material availability before/during manufacturing.
  • Forecast labor needs and plan manufacturing strategy for projects.
  • Track progress against schedules; manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, and Planning.
