Qualifications

• University degree with extensive program management experience; advanced degree optional.
• Experience in program and business management tools is preferred.
• Security clearance process knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Operations focal for Critical Programs, compliant with the Collins Management System.
• Supports RLPM gate reviews from concept through production transition.
• Establishes review and transition criteria indicating predictable quality, schedule and cost.
• Creates, communicates and drives adherence to the Production Plan.
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities impacting operational performance.
• Develop and execute cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead corrective actions tied to productivity, yield, and efficiency.
• Facilitate integrated scheduling to align master production schedule to program needs.
• Escalates risks when schedules, capacity, or materials threaten delivery.
• Drives recovery plans when schedules slip.
• Interface with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and internal customers.
• Occasional travel of one trip per quarter.
