Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an experienced Operations Program Manager (OPM) to lead manufacturing readiness and performance across programs. Working within the RLPM framework, you will drive quality, cost, and schedule commitments with cross-functional teams, while avoiding direct shop-floor supervision.

The role is onsite in Durham, NH, with occasional travel and the possibility of relocation. Candidates should have a university degree with significant experience and the ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree required with relevant experience; advanced degree helpful.
• Security clearance: U.S. citizenship required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Operations focal for Critical Programs and compliant with Collins Management System.
• Supports RLPM gate reviews from concept through production transition.
• Establishes criteria for predictable quality, schedule and cost.
• Creates and drives adherence to the Production Plan.
• Identifies risks and improvement opportunities impacting performance.
• Leads cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Drives corrective actions for productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinates with Planning to align master schedule with program needs.
• Escalates risks when schedules or materials threaten delivery.
• Performs on-site role in Durham, NH.
