Responsibilities

• Direct development and implementation of production goals in safety, quality, customer delivery and financial improvement.
• Develop capacity plans and output forecasts based on demand trends and labor content per production order.
• Plan and administer operating policies and procedures to foster engagement and continuous improvement.
