Job summary

Speedrack Products Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee production, safety, maintenance, and plant operations during the assigned shift. You will direct Shift Coordinators and Supervisors, coordinate across departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include managing production schedules, ensuring quality, and maintaining housekeeping standards while training staff on safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• General knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO/QS 9000 concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the facility.
• Ensure safe operations and train/audit employees on safety practices and PPE.
