Job summary

Westrock is looking for a Production Manager to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the plant. You will lead the production team, set strategic direction, and report to the Plant Manager while coordinating with Planning, Quality and Maintenance.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs such as yield and OEE, develop training programs, hire and develop hourly staff, and prepare capital plans to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading a manufacturing team.
• Associate degree in Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production team and set strategic direction.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, OSHA).
• Oversee training, development, and performance reviews of hourly staff.
• Monitor KPIs (labor, yield, OEE) and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Prepare capital justification and monitor expenses.
