Job summary

OPmobility is seeking a Site Manufacturing Production Supervision Technician - Superintendent to lead a manufacturing line, drive cost savings, data reporting, and continuous improvement. You will coach staff to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets while ensuring adherence to production schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Business Management or Engineering and at least seven years of related experience in Fuel Systems operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Industrial, Business Management or Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Fuel Systems operations, procedures, products, terminology, quality standards, and equipment.
• Budgets, inventory, costing, scheduling and customer interface experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities that result in cost savings for the facility.
• Gather, analyze and maintain data, including reporting of trends and improvements.
• Coach manufacturing associates to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a safe facility environment and workforce to meet production schedules.
• Manage off-shift supervisors and act as plant contact for management.
• Ensure all Lockout/Tagout procedures training and PPE compliance.
