Job summary

Environmental Air Systems seeks a Project Superintendent to oversee daily manufacturing operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. This hands-on leader will monitor performance, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

The role requires experience in manufacturing or construction, team leadership, and problem solving, with a schedule of 6:00am-4:30pm and overtime as needed. Competitive rewards include health, retirement, and tuition benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing or construction.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, structural steel or pipe installation is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards on the production floor.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports and monitor build schedules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles in collaboration with engineering.
• Maintain regulatory and company safety standards on the floor.
