Job summary

Speedrack Products Group seeks a Supervisor to oversee production, safety, maintenance, and plant operations for the shift. You will direct the hourly workforce, coordinate across departments, and ensure customer needs are met through effective scheduling and quality control.

You will champion continuous improvement, enforce safety standards, and maintain housekeeping, working within labor agreements and company policies to drive performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7 years manufacturing experience with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience coordinating production schedules and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly workforce to meet customer demands and quality standards.
• Oversee safety programs and enforce PPE and best practices.
• Manage production schedules and daily shipping requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping and plant appearance.
• Train employees on safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate interdepartmental efforts to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to labor contracts and company rules.
• Document and monitor department metrics and costs.
