Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing cell daily production execution and prioritize workloads.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling to reflect capacity, labor, materials and priorities.
• Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Supervise manufacturing personnel, set performance expectations and maintain a positive work environment.
• Interface with customers to understand needs and ensure products meet requirements.
