In this role, you will be responsible for driving product-specific schedule attainment and daily production execution to ensure customer and business commitments are met. You will lead efforts focused on employee engagement, operational performance, and continuous improvement while partnering cross-functionally to identify and resolve production challenges. This role also provides the opportunity to lead projects and initiatives that are critical to the success of our operations and business.
This is an onsite role in Cedar Rapids, IA and may be eligible for relocation.
