- Experience with Six-Sigma / CORE and lean manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage quality-related items for the unit or shift to meet established standards.
- Lead cost reduction and process improvements for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Schedule unit/shift work to align with production plans and timelines.
- Sequence work (build and delivery) to optimize resources and smooth operations.
- Address materials and logistics issues to ensure material availability.
- Set performance objectives and drive cell performance and productivity.
- Lead production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for the unit/shift.
- Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfactory service.
