Job summary

• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Drive design-for-manufacturability improvements with design engineering.
• Lead cost control, process optimization, and safety risk mitigation.
• Plan and design manufacturing layouts and equipment configurations.
• Support new product transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates and contribute to proposals.
