Job summary

You will guide staffing, allocate resources, and improve processes to increase throughput and reduce waste. The position requires a university degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily production execution for the assigned cell, establishing priorities and coordinating resources to meet production, customer, and business commitments.
• Partners with Production Scheduling to ensure schedules reflect operational capacity, labor availability, material constraints, and customer priorities.
• Owns cell performance against key metrics including on-time delivery, productivity, quality, safety, inventory, labor utilization, and cost performance.
• Leads root-cause analysis and corrective action for recurring production, quality, delivery, and process issues.
• Interfaces with customers to understand needs and ensures cell delivers products meeting requirements.
• Supervises manufacturing production personnel, sets performance expectations, and maintains a positive work environment.
