Job summary

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our growing technology company. This role oversees all manufacturing operations, directing operators and technicians to meet production plans and quality standards.

Candidates should have a technical degree, 3–5 years in manufacturing, and preferably experience with injection molding, PLC or CNC programming. The ideal leader will coach, train, and enforce safety while improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with injection molding, PLC or CNC programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations and set priorities for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
• Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with planner to optimize resources and throughput.
• Coach, train, and discipline staff; maintain a safe, clean work environment.
