Qualifications

• Associates degree in Tool and Die or Machine Tool Technology is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding tooling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all areas of tooling and provide tooling staff with direction and priorities.
• Optimize toolroom schedules for equipment and resource constraints.
• Drive process improvements to enhance tooling quality and build efficiency.
• Lead toolbox talks and ensure 5S, safety, and training in tooling.
• Coordinate with vendors for tooling design, build, and delivery.
