Advanced Powder Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee all manufacturing operations, direct operators and technicians, and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet production plans.

The role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing, with experience in injection molding, PLC or CNC programming; proven leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Technical degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing are required.
Experience with injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming is preferred.
Proven leadership ability is required.

Mansioni

Oversee all manufacturing operations and direct operators/technicians on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete the production plan.
Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with the planner to allocate resources for maximum equipment efficiency and throughput.
Ability to start up and shutdown the entire physical plant.
Coach, train, and discipline employees.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
