This role focuses on monitoring and maintaining injection molding tooling, ensuring production readiness, and contributing to tooling development with hands-on precision. You will work with MS Office, Solidworks, Mastercam and other tooling systems, collaborate with engineers, and uphold ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Tool and Die or Machine Tool Technology, or certification in machining.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, organize, and maintain injection molding tooling.
• Inspect, measure, and document new tools from tool shops.
• Prepare molds for production by disassembling and cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance on molds.
• Assist with tooling concept layouts and tooling development.
• Operate vertical mill, surface grinders, CNC, and EDM.
