Advanced Powder Products, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee all manufacturing operations, direct operators and technicians, and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet production plans.

The role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years in manufacturing, with experience in injection molding, PLC or CNC programming; proven leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations and direct operators/technicians on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete the production plan.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with the planner to allocate resources for maximum equipment efficiency and throughput.
  • Ability to start up and shutdown the entire physical plant.
  • Coach, train, and discipline employees.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
