Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Technical Discipline.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Minitab.
• Experience with Solidworks and MasterCam or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ability and drive to work with tools, fix machines, and install new machines.
• Comfort and ability to execute experiments and to analyze, document, and report results.
• Ability to implement new technology, programs, and processes for Advanced Technology functions.
• Must be highly safety conscious.
• Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills as it pertains to the use of designed experiments.
• Ability to work with heavy equipment.
• Understanding of testing and analysis procedures.
• Ability to operate vertical and CNC mills, surface grinders, molding machines, or furnaces is highly desired.
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow the standards of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 International Standards
