Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC machining, fabrication and operations management.
• Significant experience in production planning and resource management.
• Demonstrated people leadership and management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Operations across shifts.
• Oversee daily production activities and schedules.
• Coordinate and expedite manufacturing orders to meet deadlines.
• Champion Safety & Quality and maintain safe working environment.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop high-performing teams and coach employees.
• Define and monitor KPIs using production data.
