The role requires a strong background in ISO 9001, quality systems, and cross-functional leadership in manufacturing. Collaboration with supply chain, production, and engineering is essential and demonstrates our commitment to quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum five years QA/QC leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards; certification experience preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings, specs, and quality docs.
• Familiarity with ERP and quality management software systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead overall product and process quality (QA/QC) for Brookfield and Youngstown plants.
• Supervise QA/QC staff and drive training and development.
• Develop and maintain Plant Quality Management System per ISO 9001.
• Train organization on policies and ensure effective implementation.
• Conduct internal audits and management reviews.
• Drive corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement.
• Engage suppliers and customers on quality-related issues.
