Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Materials Management Leader to drive enterprise-wide strategies across warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and logistics. The role focuses on standardizing processes, improving material flow, and reducing lead times to support growth and on-time delivery.

You will lead a multi-site organization, develop KPIs, and implement ERP/WMS improvements while partnering with Operations, Quality, and Finance to optimize working capital and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in materials management, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain.
• Experience managing multi-site manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, and outbound shipping.
• Develop standardized warehouse processes, procedures, and KPIs across all facilities.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, storage utilization, and material handling systems to support growth.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and warehouse productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement efficient material flow from receiving through production and shipment.
• Establish kitting, Kanban, and replenishment systems where appropriate.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives across materials management.
