Qualifications

• Lean Certification preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership.
• Experience with controls and vision systems during debug.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate fabrication and assembly activities to meet production schedules.
• Develop layout, workflow, and capacity strategies for efficiency.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and specs for accuracy and method selection.
• Mentor fabrication and assembly teams to enhance skills and lead culture.
