Elektro Assemblies Inc. seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering team on the production floor, drive process improvements, and scale operations to support rapid growth.

This leadership role focuses on turning ideas into measurable results and collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve productivity, throughput, safety, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
• Experience leading engineering or technical teams.
• Strong manufacturing process and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement.
• Experience with new product introduction and DFM.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• Improve productivity, quality, throughput, safety, and cost.
• Identify and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement automation, tooling, fixtures, and new technology.
• Lead manufacturing engineering for new product introductions.
• Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) expertise.
• Develop processes, work instructions, routings, and standards.
• Analyze capacity, labor, cycle times, and manufacturing costs.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
• Develop manufacturing strategies to support significant business growth.
