Job summary

Pride Engineering, a division of ProMach, seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Manager in Brooklyn Park, MN to lead all machining and assembly operations. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while shaping long-term growth and continuous improvement across engineering and production teams.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires 8–10 years in manufacturing leadership, with a strong background in precision machine shop operations and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years leading manufacturing/operations in a plant setting.
• Experience with precision machine shops and CNC operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all machine shop and manufacturing operations, including CNC turning, milling, and grinding.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance through lean initiatives.
• Develop and manage operating plans, budgets, and capital projects.
• Foster leadership development and cross-functional teamwork across engineering, supply chain, and service.
