Job summary

Mach10 Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Team Lead to drive operational excellence, oversee production workflows, and foster a high-performance culture. You will optimize output, ensure quality, and empower your team through coaching and effective process management.

You will lead daily production activities, coach a diverse workforce, and analyze KPIs to implement data-driven improvements while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent supervisory experience in a wood, metal, or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a diplomatic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production activities to maximize resource utilization, machine efficiency, and material flow in alignment with scheduling priorities.
• Cultivate an engaged, high-performing workforce by providing consistent feedback, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven corrective actions and root cause solutions.
• Facilitate continuous improvement by conducting lean process audits and training staff on methodology to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain the integrity of operational data and ensure clear communication across all levels of the production floor.
• Manage personnel functions, including talent assessment, hiring, and conflict resolution, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality policies.
