Job summary

Continuum Solutions is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations, drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and align resources to meet customer demand. You will oversee electrical and mechanical assembly, workflow optimization, and workforce development in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of operational excellence in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
7+ years of manufacturing experience.
3+ years of manufacturing leadership or management experience.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly operations.
Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations including electrical and mechanical assembly and support functions.
Set goals, priorities and performance expectations for the department.
Coach and develop supervisors, leads and production personnel.
Drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
Monitor schedules, quality standards and customer commitments; coordinate cross-functionally.
Lead Lean, 5S and performance measurement using KPIs.
