Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations.
• Strong people leadership skills for supervisors and teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Project management experience delivering operational improvements.
• Data-driven decision making with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Results-oriented with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets safely and efficiently.
• Develop and monitor production schedules to satisfy customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity, quality and cost.
• Mentor production supervisors and personnel to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards and safety.
• Analyse metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain and logistics for manufacturing effectiveness.
• Report performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives to improve plant profitability and performance.
