Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily production operations and drive lean improvements across the plant. You will oversee safety, quality and cost targets while developing a technically proficient workforce and optimizing inventories and lead times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficient in manufacturing software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and drive Lean initiatives.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule adherence.
• Coach hourly and salaried staff and develop teams.
