Korn Ferry, in partnership with a growing consumer products manufacturer, seeks an Operations Manager to lead a manufacturing operation focused on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role offers advancement into broader operations leadership such as Plant Manager opportunities.

The candidate will plan, develop, and lead a production team, implementing standardized processes and driving performance while coaching the workforce to meet ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced production environments.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) and sustaining results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and implement standardized production and material flow processes to improve efficiency.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members with performance feedback and development planning.
• Create a people-first culture focused on accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure cross-functional training and readiness to support evolving business needs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and workplace safety.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer commitments.
