Job summary

3D Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead Production and Warehouse operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. You will collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and NPI to ensure readiness and continuous improvement.

You will develop a high-performing team, apply Lean principles, and maintain compliance with EHS and ISO 9001 standards while managing budgets and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years leading supervisors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ERP/MRP systems, ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production and Warehouse operations to safely achieve quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory objectives.
• Ensure manufacturing processes are standardized, documented, and consistently followed to support quality and efficiency.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, material movement, shipping, and logistics operations; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Operations to execute manufacturing priorities.
• Support audits, customer visits, supplier interactions, and compliance requirements.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage labor, overtime, and operating budgets while monitoring KPIs; ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards.
